A premium / enhanced version of the ground chakkar (spinning wheel cracker).
Effect: Spins on the ground with extra speed, higher flame, and brighter colourful sparks compared to normal or big chakkars. Some “special” chakkars even produce multi-colour changing effects while spinning.
Duration: Typically 40–60 seconds (longer than standard chakkars).
